REGISTRATION OF AGENCIES WITH APS PATHANKOT 

1. Army Public School Pathankot invites application from interested parties for registration (if not already forwarded to the school) for supply of items; provide repair/maintenance and other services mentioned as under:

(a)

Supply of stationery items and do printing works.

(b)

Supply of electronics items.

(c)

Supply of computers, accessories and peripherals.

(d)

Supply of general items for area cleaning, housekeeping and building maintenance

(e)

Supply of sports items, play-way equipments, trophies and medals.

(f)

Supply of equipments, chemicals and compounds for science laboratories.

(g)

Supply of furniture items.

(h)

Carryout civil construction work, repair/maintenance of building and infrastructure

(j)

Carry out repair/maintenance of water coolers, water purifiers photocopiers etc.

(k)

Service providers of security manpower, conservancy staff and gardener etc

(l)

Provision of light vehicles/Tempo traveler/buses etc for organizing tours and picnics for students.

(m)

Annual maintenance Contract(AMC) for Computers, Online-UPS, LCD Projectors, Digital Duplicator Riso,  Photocopier, Water Cooler/Water dispenser etc.

2. Application of authorized dealers, suppliers, contractors, sale and service centre and registered vendor having valid service TAX/TAN/TIN/EPF No /Sale Tax No as applicable as per Govt. Rules & Regulation only will be accepted by the school. Valid proof of above mentioned documents and list of major transitions of last one year giving cost and details of customer to be submitted along with application for registration. Vendors are requested to specify work for which he is applying.

Last date of receiving application for registration is 31 Dec 2016.

All financial transactions will be done as per AWES Rules and Regulation Sep 2011 and Financial Management of Army Schools/Army Pub School Aug 2006 as amended from time to time.
